You guys blocked my debit card for fraud and told me to call the fraud line to unlock it. Called Friday say on hold for a hour no one picked up. Now it’s Monday and no one is answering the phone . The customer service is horrible here

I’ve been a member since 2017 and my account has been flagged for fraud. $930 worth in Myrtle Beach and I have never even been there in my life. What should I do.

Is it as simple as getting a new card? Basically the site didn't tell me they were going to charge me money so I replied yes to fraud on the alert message it wasn't fraud but they tried to pull money I didn't have when they said they weren't going to take money. What should I do

So on 8/30/21 our account was hit with $171 in fraud charges. Was told we have to wait could be months till it’s looked into before we get our mine back seriously Members 1st really thinking about leaving your bank after 30 years ????????????????????
