Borrowers may be eligible for up to an additional 0.50% discount on their rate based on their relationship with the credit union. Eligible discounts include a 0.50% discount if applicant’s net pay is automatically deposited into a credit union checking account; a 0.25% discount when the applicant also holds a CD in the amount of at least $5,000; and a 0.25% discount when the applicant has another loan with the credit union with an original balance of at least $5,000. Discounts may be combined up to a maximum of 0.50%.
