In our commitment to fulfill this promise, I am excited to share our partnership with Filene Research Institute’s Center of Excellence on Member Well-Being. This collaboration energizes me, as it signals a growing movement to serve the “whole member” - supporting well-being at individual, community, and even systemic levels. 

Through evidence-based practices and data-driven insights, our partnership will enable us to:

• Discover innovative approaches to leveraging member data and tailoring support
