Coronavirus (COVID-19) Impact

3/16/2020 Update

As changes are made in our communities to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we want to ensure you that Members First Credit Union is doing our part to keep our members, teams, and communities healthy and well.

Effective Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at 8:00 a.m.:

  • All Branch Lobbies will be temporarily closed for walk-in service until further notice

  • Our drive-thru and 24/7 Contact Center will remain open to serve you

  • Online & Mobile Banking services and ATM network are available 24/7 for the majority of your banking needs

  • 24/7 Online Lending and Account Opening are available so you can complete the easy-to-use application from the comfort of your home

  • Appointments available for banking needs you are unable to do through the other channels available. Please call us at 855.835.6328 to schedule.

If you’re facing financial hardships during this time, please reach out to us to see how we can help. We’re offering a 90-day Loan Payment Deferment Program to help relieve financial stress during this time of uncertainty. We understand when life happens, it’s important to have somewhere to turn. We understand that our members, teams, and communities are being impacted in many ways right now, including facing financial implications and hardships. At MFCU, we want to encourage a better tomorrow and know that when life happens, it’s important to have somewhere to turn.

We want to ensure you that we are monitoring the latest reports from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and continuing to learn more about the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We are taking precautionary measures to ensure our members, teams and communities remain healthy and safe. Currently all of our 11 branches are open. We will continue to update our membership with decisions being made as the CDC releases data to keep our members, teams, and communities healthy and well.

We encourage you to utilize our Online & Mobile Banking options and 24/7 services available. With Online & Mobile Banking you can view your account details, check balances, make loan payments, and even deposit checks.

I have an account with you, am I able to cash my payroll check there even if I have a minimum amount in my account? I would like to deposit some and receive cash. It is a Chemical Bank business account.

Iv been trying to get hold with someone to make appointment for house refinancing but still unsuccessful. Is your office ( Midland) still open for appointment for remortgaging? Thank you.
