As a credit union founded by teachers, we strive to stay true to our roots and support educational initiatives while providing tools and resources for our members. We understand that financial terms and concepts can be confusing and we want to equip you with the tools to make educated financial decisions that are right for your future.
All of our members can have a credit report pulled once a year at no cost. If you would like to sit down with us to go over your credit report and explain it to you, or to help you with a budget and your finances as well as how you can improve your credit score, please click below to schedule an in-branch appointment.
We have a number of financial calculators that you can use to help you make informed decision about your financial future. They can help you create a budget, estimate payments and so much more!
The MFCU blog is another great financial resource. Learn about topics like first time home buying, credit building, and identity theft. Read our latest blogs by clicking below.
We are proud to be a part of the credit union family of unique financial institutions that operate as not-for-profit cooperatives. We work alongside fellow credit unions on a grass roots level to advocate on behalf of credit union members and the credit union difference. Click below to learn more about our Credit Union Advocacy Committee and how we encourage local and federal law makers to support credit union related issues and legislation!
Educational events and socials are another way we help provide financial education opportunities. Come ask questions, learn from experts, and leave with the peace of mind that MFCU is here to help you achieve your financial goals. Check back here to see any upcoming events in your area!
