Online Banking Update!
Authored By: Cathleen Louisignau on 9/29/2015

On Wednesday, October 14, the Online Banking URL will be changing to secure.mfcu.net. Through our membership survey, you told us that the security of your financial information is top priority, and by changing this URL we are providing a higher level of security to Online Banking.

How will this affect you?
Although our Online Banking website is not changing, the URL – the location of the page – will be moving. As the new URL will be a different destination for your device, you will be required to set up Multi-Factor Authentication to confirm your identity and secure your information. You will be required to go through the Multi-Factor Authentication process to authenticate all of the devices you access Online Banking through.

If you have bookmarked the Online Banking page in your browser, it will no longer take you directly to the login page. Simply visit Online Banking through mfcu.net to set up a new bookmark. You will still be able to visitwww.mfcu.net or use your mobile app to login to your account.

How can you be prepared?
Please make sure that your phone number and email address are up-to-date in our system. This will make the Multi-Factor Authentication process smoother and get you logged in to your account faster. To learn how to update your contact information, please visit www.mfcu.net/mfcunews and scroll to the post titled We Love to Hate Secure Access Codes.
