9/20/2022

Members First would like to welcome Nick Groulx to our Leadership Team as the Vice President of Channel Delivery!

In this newly created role, Nick sets our multi-channel strategy and delivery to ensure that business, branch, and team goals are achieved in order to provide an exemplary level of service to our members.

“Providing our members the highest level of service when and where they need it most is essential,” said Amy Garver, Members First Credit Union Chief Operations Officer. “In this new role, I am confident that Nick will be fundamental to elevating the member experience through all of our channels. He is a passionate leader who brings with him many years in the credit union industry. I am proud to welcome him to our senior leadership team.”

Nick has been in the credit union industry for over 22 years. He most recently served as Director of Member Experience at Arbor Financial Credit Union where he led a new market of retail branches in Grand Rapids, MI and set strategy for the contact center, retail digital services and branch operations.

“Members service is at the core of this role,” said Nick. “Everything we do, I think to myself “WWMD – What Would Members Do? I am honored to be joining the Members First community. I know that the work we do together will serve as the catalyst to phenomenal member experiences across all of our channels”.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Grand Valley State University. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his husband, Aaron, “glamping” in the great Michigan outdoors.
