At the conclusion of the Supervisory Committee Report, Mr. Cooper turned the meeting over to Joe Kreusch, who acted as the reporting member of the Governance Committee. Mr. Kreusch recognized and thanked the committee Kevin Brott, Grant Murschel, Bob Cooper, Amy Garver, Marcie Long & Carrie Iafrate.%uf06c There is one Board position up for reelection. %uf0a2 Nominees: Kevin Brott%uf06c No Supervisory Committee positions are up for re-election.A motion was made by Dave Thompson and supported by Erin Strang to approve the nominations as presented. Motion carried.Mr. Kreusch concluded the Governance Committee report and Mr. Cooper resumed the meeting. The Governance Committee and Board have chosen not to fill the position vacated by Mr. Cooper with his retirement. Mr. Cooper noted that there was no old business listed on the agenda and asked the membership if there was any new business to be brought before the membership. Ms. Iafrate took a moment to express her gratitude to Bob Cooper for his 26 years of leadership, mentorship and guidance. Noting the positive influence on the Board, M1 team and credit union culture.
