                                    (Continued on next page)The 89th Annual Meeting of Members First Credit Union was called to order by Chairman, Robert Cooper, at 5:00 pm on Tuesday April 15, 2025 by virtual meeting. There were 44 members present including Board of Directors and staff. A quorum was established.The minutes of the previous 88th Annual Meeting were presented and reviewed for corrections. None being noted, the minutes of the 88th annual Meeting were accepted as written. A motion was made by Joe Kreusch and supported by Grant Murschel to approve the meeting minutes from the previous year. Motion carried.Mr. Cooper reflected on his 26 years of service on the Board of Directors. He highlighted the organization%u2019s growth over his tenure growing from $100M in assets to $850M as well as the expansion to twelve branches. He spoke to the importance of maintaining human contact and service quality as the organization grew, ensuring that the credit union continued to serve members, employees, and communities effectively. We always want to ensure that we are doing the best for our employees and the best for our members every day.Highlights of 2024:%uf06c Named one of 2024 Best Credit Union to Work For by American Banker, 2nd year in a row%uf06c Multiple Diamond AwardsMr. Cooper expressed confidence in Kevin Brott, who will take over as Board Chair, emphasizing the continuity of leadership and the organization%u2019s strong position for the future. He thanked the membership, his fellow Board Members and M1 Employees for their contributions over his tenure.Mr. Cooper turned the meeting over to Tamara McGovern, CFO to present the Treasurer report. Ms. McGovern presented key financial information for 2024.Items of note:%uf06c 7,865 New Members %uf06c 84,583 Mobile Check Deposits%uf06c 7,201 Whatever Loans %uf06c 9.09% Net Worth Ratio%uf06c 6,298 Auto LoansUpon completion of the Treasurer%u2019s Report, Ms. McGovern introduced Greg Crawford, Chairman of the Supervisory Committee. Mr. Crawford presented the committee%u2019s report. Mr. Crawford recognized committee members Marybeth Penkala, Matt Larson, Lori Fassett, and management oversight by Kelly Kammer, thanking them for their commitment to internal controls and stability. In 2024 we continued our relationship with the accounting firm Doeren Mayhew to conduct independent audits. Their June 30, 2024 audit, concluding that the financial statements accurately represent the credit union%u2019s position according to generally accepted accounting principles. The Department of Insurance and Financial Services completed its examination, confirming the credit union%u2019s financial soundness and compliance with regulatory standards.
