We welcomed nearly 7,473 members, finishing the year at 67,500 members strong, and empowered you with 20,000 loans. Together, we reached a milestone we%u2019ve been building toward, surpassing $900 million in assets (the savings you keep with us) for the first time in our history. Those numbers are more than just markers on a dashboard. They represent trust. They represent relationships. And they represent our ability to continue investing in what matters most to you; access, service, security, and long term stability.Throughout 2025, we focused on making the drive easier and more rewarding for you. We expanded access with the opening of our Saginaw branch on Bay Road, bringing M1 closer to more members in the region. We didn%u2019t stop there. With our eyes forward, we%u2019re already preparing to open in Bay City on Wilder Road in 2026, extending convenience and connection even further. We successfully completed our debit card conversion, updating 51,000 cards to strengthen reliability and improve your everyday experience. It was a big lift behind the scenes, and our team was all in to ensure a smooth ride for members. We also continued investing in tools and resources designed to help you move forward with confidence in navigating what%u2019s next:%u2022 Credit monitoring and insights through Savvy Money%u2022 Easy, automatic savings with Change It Up%u2122%u2022 Financial learning and independence for kids and teens with Greenlight%u2022 Free financial counseling and education through our 224 team members and website resourcesOne of the most important gauges we watch is your feedback. In 2025, you told us that our team is delivering. Our Net Promoter Score reached a record high, reflecting the care, clarity, and genuine connection you experience when you engage with M1. That feedback fuels us and tells us that while moving forward, we are staying true to our core values.We maintained strong regulatory ratings and continued investing in security, risk management, and responsible financial stewardship. We%u2019re mindful that the road ahead isn%u2019t always predictable. Economic conditions change, technology evolves, and risks emerge.
