Election Information
There are three seats on the Board of Directors up for election. The Nominating Committee nominates Jenni Bush, Grant Murschel and Dave Thompson. There are two seats on the Supervisory Committee up for election. The Nominating Committee nominates Greg Crawford and Andrew Koehlinger.
Board of Directors Nominees
Incumbent Jenni Bush
Jenni has served as the Secretary on the Board of Directors at Members First Credit Union since 2021. She is the Senior Vice President for SPACE, Inc., a business offering full space planning, layout, and execution for Michigan businesses and government offices nationwide.
Incumbent Grant Murschel
Grant has served as a member on the Board of Directors at Members First Credit Union since 2021. He is currently the Director of Business & Real Estate Development for SPACE, Inc., headquartered in Midland.
Incumbent Dave Thompson
Dave has served as a member on the Board of Directors at Members First Credit Union since 1997 and is currently the Treasurer. A Transport Deputy for Midland County Sheriff's Department, Dave has served as a first responder for 49 years, including the positions of EMT, Paramedic, Public Safety Director, and Police Chief.
Supervisory Committee Nominees
Incumbent Greg Crawford
Greg has served on the Supervisory Committee of Members First Credit Union since 2009 and is currently the Chairperson. An Associate at Aflac since 1994, Greg is the representative for numerous General Agency Insurance Brokers in the Great Lakes Bay Region.
Incumbent Andrew Koehlinger
Andrew has served on the Supervisory Committee of Members First Credit Union since 2021 and is currently the Secretary. A Midland High School and Hillsdale College graduate, Andrew is the Vice President of Awareness Analytics Partners, an agency specializing in data-informed marketing strategies.
