VISA Rewards Platform Upgrade

Our Platinum Rewards VISA at MFCU allows you to use the money you spend to rack up points that can be used for cash back, travel rewards, gift cards, and more. To redeem your points, you must log in and select what rewards you want to redeem points for through the MFCU Rewards platform. In order to make our rewards platform more user-friendly, we are did an upgrade in early October.  Don't worry - any purchases you made during this time will still earn rewards points. The new and improved platform enhances our rewards with additional options and features including the ability to receive your cash back quicker through direct deposit.

The new URL for the rewards site is www.extraawards.com/MFCURewards so you will need ro remove any bookmarks you had to the previous site. On our new platform, you will need to set up a new user ID and password. The email used must match the email we have for you on your account. Please give us a call at 855.835.6328 or stop into your local branch to make sure we have your most up to date email on file so that you are able to successfully set up a new login to MFCU Rewards. You can also update the email on your account by logging into Online or Mobile Banking and clicking eServices, selecting Address Change, and then clicking on the Other Information section.

In addition to MFCU Rewards, make sure to take advantage of the additional benefits available to you including:

• MyCardRules: use your phone to manage your card with location controls for added security, purchase limits, budget control alerts, restrictions on where your card can be used, and more
• ApplePay & GooglePay: make contactless, secure purchases in stores, in apps, and on the web using your Apple or Android phone
