At Members First Credit Union, it is our mission to Make a Positive Difference in the lives of our members. We believe that by teaching the youth proper saving and borrowing habits at a young age, we will set a strong path for their financial future.

Kid’s Club Account

The account features Maxwell the Money Monkey and is designed for kids ages Birth to 9.   

Membership in the club offers:

• Rewarded for opening an account 
• Rewarded for saving money-for every $5 deposit they will receive one stamp on the stamp card
• The opportunity to open $100 CDs
• Quarterly newsletters written with educational articles and upcoming events
• Back-to-school packs with school supplies
• Birthday postcards- your child will receive a birthday postcard where they can bring it in to grab coin and we will deposit that amount into their account
• An annual Kid’s Day event held in August with a personal invitation sent to your child
• A special step stool at each office so that they can talk to the MSR face-to-face
• A website with games, savings tools, and educational information – click here to check it out
• The opportunity to have their coin counted for free
• Various other activities and rewards throughout the year (Halloween, Youth Week, etc.)

Student Club Account

The account features our Money Man and is designed for youth ages 10-18.

Membership in the club offers:

• Rewarded for saving their money
  • For every $25 deposit, they will receive one stamp on the stamp card.  Once the card is full and there is a $250 balance in their savings account they can turn in the stamp card for a gift!*
• The opportunity to open $100 CDs
• The opportunity to build their credit with a Youth Loan
• Quarterly newsletters written with educational articles and upcoming events
• Scholarship opportunities - $5,000 is awarded on a yearly basis
• A 16th birthday card and keychain

• Under the age of 16 a guardian must be joint on the account
• Simply bring in two forms of identification, such as a Birth Certificate and Social Security card
• Parental consent is required for Youth Loans
